Personally, I would not do it again due to the one downhill part. It scared me and I slipped twice.
I stopped by this wonderful State Park to stretch my legs and found this trail. I did not have a lot of time so I took the shortcut which is the Canyon Loop back to the ranger station.

Lots of routes and some rocks in some tricky spots. Nothing too dangerous but a good workout. Great trail. A nice walk in the woods before you get down to the river where there were a few spots on the trail you could get close to the water.
I honestly loved this trail. It leads right into Helen, so once we got there we got dinner and then hiked back. Awesome trail!
Well blazed, it does get a little narrow at times with one side of the trail being dense forest and the other side being ravines and cliffs. Very cool mouuntain very easy hike!
